Hanaman tile proudly services the following cities of Malibu, Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Westhills, Agoura Hills, Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Oakpark, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura and Ventura County, Ojai, Port Hueneme and Lake Sherwood.
Most tile and masonry installations should be done by professionals in the industry. There are dozens of differant setting materials just for tile, including adhesive, modified and unmodified thinset, marble set, mortar, epoxy, just to name a few. Tile installers in communities such as Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, and Camarillo have learned through experience which setting material is appropriate for each installation. Some floors require backing for the tile or stone because setting stone tile, slate, marble tile, granite tile, quartzite, ceramic tile, porcelain tile and pool tile typically are not set directly on wood floors or countertops. Wonderboard or Hardibacker are brands of tile backer board that sometimes can be glued and screwed onto wood surfaces to accommodate a tile installation. Sometimes floors need to be "floated", a term used to describe putting a waterproof membrane and mortar reinforced with wire mesh to level and strengthen a floor or countertop. Tile contractors in Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Oxnard, Ventura, Port Hueneme and Malibu build showers and tub stalls in a way that conforms to local, state and national building codes and requirements including T.C.A. and A.N.S.I. standards. Unfortunately there are many contractors who from lack of experience or to save money, don't follow these standards, so choose a Malibu tilesetting contractor, Thousand Oaks tile man, Agoura Hills stone installer or a qualified tilesetter in Calabasas who not only can install a beautiful job, but one that will last. Tile showers in Westlake Village, Agoura, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley and Woodland Hills need to be waterproof. Hot mop shower pans are a must followed by felt and lath, scratch coat and finish coat to provide a flat, level surface for tile, travertine, filled travertine, onyx, gauged slate, glass tile, porcelain tile and ceramic tile. The professionals at Hanaman Tile and Masonry stand behind every installation the do. Their quality and craftmanship are unequaled in the Conejo Valley and surrounding communities.
